Frontier Guns & Ammo serves hunters, sport and competition shooters, first-time firearm owners, reloaders, clubs and dealers from the Macrovest Shopping Centre in Wilkoppies. It is a specialist counter, not a general dealer - the people behind it compete, hunt and reload, and they will tell you when the cheaper option is the better one.
Frontier Bullets, the manufacturing side, has been producing projectiles in South Africa since 1994 under Frontier Metal Processing. Five ranges cover practice, target, hunting and self-defence, and the same projectiles that go out to the local stockist network go into containers bound for the United States, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Italy, Thailand and Sweden.

From a manufacturing plot outside Stilfontein to a stockist network that covers every province and eight export markets.
The ranges take shape
Complete Metal Jacket establishes Frontier as the practice and competition projectile of choice, while Range Master gives rifle shooters an affordable target and long-range option machined from brass alloy.
Solid copper for the field
The Spartan Premium Hunter arrives in two designs - a micro-drilled hollow point for controlled expansion up to 2.2 times diameter, and the solid Phalanx nose for penetration - retaining more than 95 % of original weight.
The polymer tip
Spartan Ultimate Hunter adds an integrated polymer tip for better expansion at lower velocity and higher ballistic coefficients - the range for shooters stretching their distances.
A dedicated defence line
The Xiphos hollow point covers 9mmP through .45-70 in 50-unit packs, giving carry and duty shooters a locally made self-defence projectile.
Retail, range and factory
The Klerksdorp store, the Stilfontein shooting range and the bullet plant operate as one company - supported by a national stockist network and distributors in eight countries.

Frontier Metal Processing (Pty) Ltd runs the plant on Plot 4, Buffeldoorn Plots. Complete Metal Jacket projectiles are plated in pure copper over a lead-antimony core and most models are restruck after plating. The Range Master, Spartan and Xiphos lines are CNC-machined from selected brass alloy and solid copper.

The existing websites present three entities: Frontier Wapens & Ammunisie (Pty) Ltd in the retail footer, Tradelander 22 (Pty) Ltd (reg. 2015/434864/07) trading as Frontier Guns & Ammo Klerksdorp in the legal terms, and Frontier Metal Processing (Pty) Ltd for Frontier Bullets. Before launch we need written confirmation of the correct retail and manufacturing company names, registration numbers, which entity receives payment and which appears on invoices and policies.
